About the film

The film brings together evidence from leading UK scientists and experts to explain how climate change and ecological degradation could affect different parts of life in the United Kingdom.

It's based on a briefing delivered in Westminster to more than 1,200 politicians and leaders from business, culture, faith groups, sport and the media. The film makes the same information available to communities across the UK, to encourage informed discussion about how to respond.

It argues that climate change and nature loss should be treated as a national emergency, explains the likely consequences for everyday life in the UK, and sets out options for governments, organisations and communities to respond.

We're providing the room, and the evening is organised by Ralph Legg, a Workshop member. Local politicians and community leaders have been invited to listen alongside everyone else. More about the film
