The Rocksalt Group

The Rocksalt Group's head office is here at The Workshop. Owner Josh De Haan runs a collection of restaurants, pubs and bars across South-East Kent, led by Rocksalt, cantilevered over Folkestone Harbour.

In 2019 the Pickled Egg Pub Company added a portfolio of countryside pubs - The Five Bells Inn at Brabourne, The Woolpack Inn at Warehorne and The Duke William at Ickham - alongside Little Rock, The Pilot and The Radnor Arms in Folkestone.
