Sign up online

Join through Spacebring, the system our members use, and pay monthly by card.

Show proof of study

A valid student ID (NUS or TOTUM), an apprenticeship agreement or an enrolment letter. We check it once a year.

Come in and work

Use your 20 hours on the Workbenches whenever suits, 8.30am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.

Study Pass questions.

Who counts as a student?
Anyone studying or doing an apprenticeship who can show a valid student ID (NUS or TOTUM), an apprenticeship agreement or an enrolment letter. We check it once a year.
When can I come in?
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 7pm, on the ground floor Workbenches. Your 20 hours are yours to use across the month.
Do unused hours roll over?
No, the hours reset each month.
Can I book a meeting room?
Yes, at member rates. The Study Pass doesn't include meeting room credits, so rooms are paid for as you use them. See the rooms and live availability.
Is there a contract?
No. It's monthly and you can cancel anytime.
What if I need more hours?
The Workbench memberships go up to 40, 80 or unlimited hours a month. Have a look at Workbench.
