Do you have office space to rent in Folkestone?

Yes - 23 private offices across four floors at 32-40 Tontine Street, in the Creative Quarter, for teams of two to ten. They turn over a few times a year, so if nothing's free when you ask, join the waitlist and you'll get first look.

What's a serviced office?

A furnished, lockable office where one monthly price covers the running costs - utilities, superfast WiFi, meeting room credits, tea and coffee - instead of renting an empty unit and paying every bill separately. You move in with a laptop, not a van.

How big are the offices?

From two-person rooms up to around ten desks. Sizes and layouts vary by floor - the tour is the quickest way to see what suits.

What's included in the price?

Rent, business rates handling, utilities, superfast WiFi, meeting room credits, tea and coffee, and 24/7 access. You're not billed separately for the building.

What are the terms?

A simple licence agreement with a deposit, not a commercial lease - no solicitors, no dilapidations schedule. We'll talk you through the term for your room when you look round.

What if nothing's free right now?

Join the waitlist - offices turn over a few times a year and waitlisted teams get first look before anything is advertised.
